Built for a New England property where insect protection can make an outdoor space far more enjoyable, this custom 10′ x 12′ White Vinyl Rectangle Gazebo Kit was delivered to Easton, New Hampshire, in 2025. Its rectangular footprint offers a different layout from a traditional octagon gazebo, providing an easy-to-furnish interior paired with a full screen package and stainless steel hardware.
The 10′ x 12′ rectangular design gives the homeowner approximately 120 square feet of covered outdoor space. The longer floor plan works particularly well for arranging a dining table, conversation set, or combination of seating and outdoor furnishings without the angled walls found in an octagonal structure.
A pressure-treated wood framework wrapped in white vinyl forms the core of the gazebo. The internal wood construction provides structural strength, while the vinyl exterior creates a bright, clean appearance and reduces the amount of routine maintenance associated with an exposed wood gazebo. Straight-face boards continue the simple architectural style around the roofline.
