Built for comfortable outdoor gatherings without the need to add separate seating, this 10′ White Vinyl Octagon Gazebo was delivered to a customer in Georgia in 2025. The project pairs a classic octagonal gazebo profile with six built-in bench sections, decorative Victorian details, and a low-maintenance white vinyl exterior, creating a finished outdoor space that is ready for family, guests, and everyday relaxation.
Seating played a major role in the design. Six bench sections were incorporated around the perimeter of the gazebo, with each bench individually cut to fit its specific location within the octagonal layout. The bench surfaces were selected to match the gazebo’s floor decking, helping the seating feel like an intentional part of the structure rather than an addition installed afterward.
Traditional details give the gazebo its classic appearance. Straight spindle railings create an open perimeter that preserves views of the surrounding property, while Victorian braces positioned above the railings add decorative character beneath the roofline. A straight fascia at the eaves keeps the overall profile clean and provides a subtle contrast to the more ornamental braces.
The bright white vinyl finish gives the structure a crisp appearance while offering the low-maintenance qualities that make vinyl gazebos popular for residential outdoor spaces. Beneath the finished exterior, the floor is supported by 2×6 pressure-treated joists, creating a durable foundation for the structure and built-in seating.
Customers could select tan or gray standard decking for the finished floor, with the six benches coordinated to the chosen decking color. This creates a subtle contrast against the white vinyl framework while keeping the floor and seating visually connected throughout the interior.
Above, tongue-and-groove roof decking provides a finished ceiling when viewed from inside the gazebo. The roof is protected by asphalt shingles, combining a traditional residential appearance with dependable coverage from sun and rain.
Rather than arriving as a collection of components for complete on-site construction, this gazebo was delivered to Georgia largely assembled, simplifying the final installation process. The upper roof section was left for final assembly after delivery, making transportation of the finished structure more manageable.
Site preparation was an important part of this project as well. The customer was responsible for preparing a level 5- to 6-inch stone base before delivery, providing a stable foundation for placement of the assembled gazebo. Once positioned, the result is a traditional outdoor gathering space with integrated seating, decorative detailing, and the easy-care advantages of vinyl construction.
