Pavilion in Staten Island, NY

12X12 VINYL PAVILION

This custom 12×12 White Vinyl Hip Roof Pavilion was professionally installed by Atlantic Outdoors in Staten Island, New York, creating a stylish and functional outdoor living space designed for years of low-maintenance enjoyment. Its compact footprint makes it an excellent addition to patios, gardens, and backyard entertaining areas, providing a comfortable covered retreat that extends the home’s outdoor living space.

Constructed from premium white vinyl, the pavilion offers the timeless appearance of painted wood without the ongoing maintenance of scraping, painting, or staining. The durable vinyl construction is engineered to resist fading, moisture, and weathering, allowing homeowners to enjoy a beautiful structure that maintains its appearance season after season.

The pavilion features a classic hip roof finished with Weathered Wood architectural asphalt shingles, adding natural texture and subtle contrast against the crisp white vinyl exterior. Supported by standard structural headers and taller 6×6 support posts, the pavilion creates an open, spacious atmosphere while maintaining exceptional structural strength. The increased post height enhances both the architectural presence of the pavilion and the comfort of the covered living area.

Inside, the pavilion is finished with a stunning cedar-stained tongue-and-groove ceiling, bringing warmth, natural texture, and rich wood tones into the space. The beautiful cedar finish contrasts elegantly with the white vinyl frame, creating a welcoming environment that feels both refined and inviting.

A complete electrical package further enhances the pavilion’s functionality, making it easy to install lighting, ceiling fans, speakers, or other outdoor amenities. These upgrades allow the space to be enjoyed well into the evening, making it ideal for entertaining guests, outdoor dining, or simply relaxing with family.

Professionally installed by Atlantic Outdoors, this project demonstrates how a custom vinyl pavilion can combine premium materials, thoughtful design, and expert craftsmanship to create a lasting outdoor retreat. Built for beauty, durability, and everyday comfort, this pavilion adds value to the property while creating a versatile space that can be enjoyed throughout the year.
