How It Works:

1. Get a Quote
   Request a quote today, and our team will work with you to design the perfect outdoor structure for your home. We’ll walk you through every step of the process, from choosing materials to picking out finishes. Once your design is complete, we’ll give you a project proposal with locked-in pricing.
2. Accept Structure Proposal
   Once you are completely satisfied with the design, you’ll accept the project proposal provided to you by your Atlantic Outdoors sales representative. This will prompt us to send you a deposit invoice along with your SmartPay contract.
3. Receive Welcome Email from SmartPay
   When you have reviewed and signed your contract and paid your deposit invoice, you will receive an email from SmartPay within a few days with instructions on how to access your new account online. You will make all of your monthly payments for your new garage or gazebo through SmartPay.
4. Completed Structure Delivered
   Atlantic Outdoors will provide you with an expected delivery date, and our skilled craftsman will begin working on your portable structure right away. When it’s completed, we’ll deliver it pre-assembled and ready to place in your yard. You’ll make monthly payments until your term is up or you exercise your early purchase option. There’s even a discount for paying early!

SmartPay is a trusted partner that allows us to offer an alternative purchasing opportunity to our customers who might not be eligible for traditional financing. We do not receive any commission for this partnership.

Is this a loan?
This is not a loan, and there are no interest fees. This is an affordable Rent-To-Own option that allows customers to make payments until the term is completed.

What is my repayment term?

Can I move my building to another location?
Yes! Our portable structures can be moved. You must contact the SmartPay office with your new address, and an authorized SmartPay dealer must move it. You are responsible for all incurred moving expenses.

What buildings qualify for rent to own?
Our portable, pre-built gazebos and small detached garages qualify for this program. They must be built on 4” X 4” runners, not require on-site construction and be installed somewhere easily accessible by trailer.
