My wife and I are thrilled with our new gazebo and couldn’t be happier with the service your company provided from the first phone call. I felt as if I were speaking with a good friend. The kit came with the surprise that several of the parts were already assembled—the eight floor and ceiling pie shapes, the shingled lantern, and some of the decorative elements.Two excellent carpenters had no problem following the directions and were top-notch in their construction skills. We can hardly wait for warm weather to use it. We’ll be able to watch our horses and chickens as well as the scenery, and we are already planning parties for students and friends.

Atlantic Outdoors was my go to for Pergola options. There was nothing else in the market with a design such as this corner pergola. I was not interested in a double rafter design. I reached out to Atlantic Outdoors Customer Service and was happily greeted by David in Sales. I had many questions and concerns and always received a response via email or phone in a quick manner! Very appreciative! As my planning came closer to finalization I realized due to my foundation layout and grade I was not able to purchase a standalone pergola and had to build custom. I do want to thank Atlantic Outdoors and David for their help and feel confident any consumer would be happy with Atlantic Outdoors products and services!

I wish more businesses had the work ethic and customer appreciation that Levi and his team do. In june 2022 they installed our new deck for us, at a much more appealing price compared to multiple other quotes, as prices seemed to varygreatly for the trex style (we chose timbertech) deck boards. Levi himself came out with his 2 helpers and completed the entire deck removal and replacement, including use of a loader to move our concrete stair pad and incorporate into the new staircase, in less than 12 hours.
Just recently, nearly 3 years later, one of the deck boards had a linear split so I called him up to see what he thought we could do. He came right out as soon as I could make time - with a new deck board - and replaced the damaged one, installing new hidden screws that we didn’t even originally have. He didn’t need to take measurements, make a quote, call the company, etc - just knew what needed to be done and did it. He and his team are some of the most polite, honest, and respectful people I’ve ever met - he truly wanted a happy customer every time we’ve interacted.

Atlantic Outdoors added a deck to our VFW and their craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.
We wanted the deck built in time for our Memorial Day ceremony. The weather did not want to cooperate but they arrived early and stayed late other days to ensure the project was completed on time.
They were able to seamlessly add the deck alongside an existing walkway. All of our members and guests are thrilled about the craftsmanship and their ability to complete it on time.
