HGTV Premiere!
Check us out in the new season of HGTV’s Home Town Takeover! In the new season of Home Town Takeover, Ben and Erin will tackle over a dozen renovation projects aimed at revitalizing the struggling lakeside community. Sebring faces significant challenges, including a history of hurricane damage and numerous vacant storefronts in its once-vibrant downtown shopping area. Despite hosting one of the country’s oldest raceways, many visitors leave without supporting local businesses. To address these challenges, Ben, Erin, and their team will renovate the homes of influential local leaders to inspire positive change. They will also enhance community spaces by adding vibrant murals and a welcoming gazebo in Sebring’s main park. In addition, they plan to refresh several charming local establishments, such as a Cuban café and a theater, to attract more visitors to downtown.
Photography Contest!
Our 2025 Photo Contest will run until July 14th 2025. After the contest concludes, winners will be notified via email. Participants are required to submit their full name, city, state, and photo submissions. To claim their prizes, winners must provide full- resolution original images. The submitted photos should feature a structure from Atlantic Outdoors or Custom Deck by Deck Zone. Winning photos will be showcased on our website, in marketing materials, and in our newsletter. Additionally, even non- winning images may be featured in various media outlets. There will be only one winner selected per category.

Compete in three categories: Overall Best Photo, Best Vibes, and Grill Master. For the Overall Best Photo, aim to capture clean landscapes, blue skies, and sunlight. To win in the Best Vibes category, highlight elements such as lighting, family fun, pets, and cozy furniture. Finally, for the Grill Master category, showcase a festive backyard cookout with family and friends.
